The Workshop Experience
Ready to turn your memories, ideas, or wildest imaginings into a story? Get started with a 12 Tales workshop!
No preparation, materials, or purchases are required—simply arrive and immerse yourself in a relaxed, welcoming creative environment. RSVP appreciated for planning purposes.
Each workshop takes shape around a central theme that we explore together through discussion and examples from literature or visual art. The theme is interpreted differently by each artist, opening up many avenues for the creation of new stories.
At the heart of the workshop experience is “studio time”—dedicated time for each artist to engage the theme and create their own personal artistic response in the format or medium of their choice. This is when each artist finds the unique tale that only they can tell.
We close the workshop with an informal gathering to showcase our newly created works and share our stories.
• please rsvp to help us prepare
• free of charge
• open to adults 16+
• seniors welcome
